Salve
come accennato in un altra email al lavoro devo risolvere il seguente
problema:
Un cliente lamenta di avere problemi di posta perché non riesce ad
inviare/ricevere email verso determinati indirizzi.

Ho il sospetto, anzi la certezza che il problema non sia del nostro server
di posta ma dei server dei destinatari.

Dovrebbe essere un invio di email a due destinatari dello stesso dominio:
 XXX at YYY.ZZ
 YYY at YYY.ZZ

il server di posta è  mx1.YYY.ZZ con IP "A.B.C.D"

Il messaggio di errore, ripetuto 2 volte è il seguente:

*421 Downstream server timeout: retry timeout exceeded*

Un interessante elenco di codici di risposta SMTP in formato facilmente
consultabile:
http://www.serversmtp.com/en/smtp-error

Ad intuito so che il problema sta sul server mx1.YYY.ZZ la mia domanda è
come avere una prova certa che è il server remoto ad avere problemi,
ammesso che ora non li abbia risolti ?

Sarebbe opportuno, come metodo, inviare un email "a mano" tramite terminale
come abbiamo provato a lezione e copiare l'output come "prova"?

Di seguito lo stralcio dell' email girata dal cliente in cui ci sono i
messaggi di errore
