Premetendo che non mi è chiarissimo che cosa sia una P-to-P, suppongo 
sia una sorta di imbuto ove vengono fatti transitare i dati, ho notato 
che tutte le reti hanno come gw 192.168.250.82 ovvero tun0.
Solo il sopracitato indirizzo IP  punta a 0.0.0.0  e poi a 192.168.0.254 
(indirizzo che  convenzionalmente di solito è usato per il router) che 
comunica all'esterno.

I flag indicano, se ho capito bene che: la rete con U l' interfaccia è 
up, con G che sta usando un gateway e con H solo un host raggiungibile. 
Che indirizzo è  192.168.250.1.
